We want to personally share an important update. After much consideration, we are winding down our business and officially beginning the process.
Due to the winding down and dissolution of Cashmere Hair, this updated Return Policy is effective for all orders placed on or after March 1, 2026.
NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER MARCH 1, 2026
This includes, but is not limited to:
- All Clip-In Hair Extensions (including Ponytails, Volumizers, & Fill-Ins)
- Genius Weft and all Professional Extensions
- Haircare products, accessories, lashes, and styling tools
- Color rings and swatches
- Promotional, discounted, or complimentary items
Exchange Policy During Wind-Down Period
To help avoid exchange limitations during our wind-down process, we strongly encourage customers to purchase color swatches prior to placing an order.
Inventory is limited, and certain shades may sell out without notice. Therefore, all exchanges are subject to product availability..

Gift Cards/Store Credits
During the process of winding down and closing. As part of this process, we are providing customers the opportunity to redeem any outstanding store credit balances.
- All valid gift cards must be redeemed by March 31, 2026.
- Gift cards may be used toward purchases during our wind-down process.
- After this date, gift cards will no longer be valid.
ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO MARCH 1, 2026
Orders placed before March 1, 2026 remain subject to the Return Policy that was in effect at the time of purchase, including applicable return windows and eligibility requirements.
Quality Concerns or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos and/or video documentation may be required for review.

Shipping Responsibility
Cashmere Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

By placing an order on or after March 1, 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the newly updated policy.
