SHIPPING INQUIRIES/CHANGES

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders will ship out next day
  • Domestic orders ship via USPS
  • International orders ship via DHL
  • We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (If you order Friday-Sunday, you order will ship on Monday.) 
  • All orders may take 1-2 business days to process from the time that you placed your order.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

  • Contact the courier (USPS or DHL) directly prior to contacting us if there is a problem with delivery.
  • Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking information to update.
  • In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. 
  • Only contact us after the estimated delivery time & AFTER you have spoken with your courier (USPS or DHL) for assistance.

USPS STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • 6-10 DAY estimated shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.
  • If your order is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 
  • Swatch purchases do not have tracking and will be delivered to your mailbox. 

USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING

  • 2-4 DAY estimated shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.
  • If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • 1-2 DAY estimated shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Additional Customs fees may apply. We do not ship to International P.O Boxes.
  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered overnight as it can take up to 24 hours to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.
  • If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).
  • We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, please choose Express Options at your own discretion. 
  • If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

DHL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We do NOT ship to International P.O. Boxes, please provide an alternate shipping address.
  • We do not ship individual swatches internationally.
  • International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office, or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance process. 
  • Tracking your order: Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for DHL guarantees.
  • If the item is not delivered in time, please contact DHL. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if DHL fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

DELIVERY REFUSAL & FAILURE TO RETRIEVE

  • When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order, and for any other reasons that are attributable to customer error, including wrong address, the customer will be assessed a 10% restocking fee and full shipping charges.

PROCESSING TIME FRAME

  • All orders must be processed before they are shipped. This process can take up to 1-2 business days.
  • No orders can be guaranteed to ship out the same day as order is placed.
  • We work hard to process all orders quickly, but please take processing time into consideration when choosing your shipping method. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@cashmerehairextensions.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. You will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.
