Processing Time

  • All orders must be processed before they are shipped. This process can take up to 1 - 2 business days
  • We work hard to process all orders quickly but please take processing time into consideration when choosing your shipping method

Contact the courier USPS or DHL directly prior to contacting us if there is a problem with delivery

 

USPS Standard Domestic Shipping

  • 6-10 day estimated shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees
  • If your order is not delivered in time please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times 
  • Swatch purchases do not have tracking and will be delivered to your mailbox 

USPS Priority Shipping

  • 2-4 day estimated shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees
  • If the item is not delivered in time please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times

 

USPS Express Shipping

  • 1-2 day estimated shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Additional Customs fees may apply
  • We do not ship to International P.O Boxes
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered overnight as it can take up to 24 hours to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees
  • If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS)
  • We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed 
  • We do NOT ship to International P.O. Boxes, please provide an alternate shipping address
