PROCESSING TIME

It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. 

Most packages are delivered to the mailbox of the address provided. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

USPS STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • US orders include FREE standard shipping.
  • Free shipping has an estimated 6-10 day shipping time with tracking and delivery confirmation
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees
  • If your order is not delivered in time please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times 
  • Swatch purchases do not have tracking and will be delivered to your mailbox

  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered overnight as it can take up to 24 hours to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees

  • Prices are calculated at checkout based on order size and shipping destination.
  • For same day shipping, orders must be in by 3pm PST M-F.
  • All orders that come in after 3:00pm PST will ship the following day. 
  • We do not ship on weekends, so orders that come in on Friday after 3:00pm PST will ship on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES 

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Carlsbad, CA. This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Cashmere Hair. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing human hair extensions. You can reference the HS code 6704.20.0000. Duties and taxes are imposed to generate revenue and protect local industry; almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the shipping label, the Commercial Invoice, and other relevant documents. We are not able to waive these fees as this would be unlawful.

 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THESE LOCATIONS

We do not ship to freight forwarding services, hotels or International P.O Boxes. If you use one of these as your delivery location, Cashmere Hair is not responsible for the miss-delivery, lost or undelivered packages. If you are getting an error message during checkout regarding your shipping location, there are several countries that we cannot ship to because of shipping complications.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@cashmerehairextensions.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. You will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.
